FILTER PLATE

Overview

Made with PP (Poly Propylene) and includes recessed plate, double plate (plate & frame), membrane plate, etc. Can be supplied regardless of specifications and size.

Features

1. As a polypropylene material and a polymer whose molecular structure is regularly arranged, has an excellent crystallinity, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. A plastic material that has a better acid- and alkali-resistance at higher temperatures than other thermoplastic resins.
2. Due to its low specific gravity (cast iron 7/1, rubber coating 6/1), handling is easy and safe and driving energy can be saved. (Specific gravity: 0.92)
3. Resistant to chemicals corrosion with a good weatherability, widely used for material parts in chemical and electroplating industries, industrial wastewater, facilities of ceramics and mining industries, etc. Non-toxic and popular in food industry.
※ Attention needs to be paid to the conventional cast-iron plates used in ceramics or porcelain industry as they may contain iron content.
4. As the plate is processed after the residual stress is minimized by special molding technology, the material is uniform and stable and not easily broken.
5. Superior to other products in terms of water absorption

6. Life span is semi-permanent and water content decreases by air blowing system
7. Feed pressure of 25KG (FEEDING) and cylinder pressure up to 350KG is available.

Types

Recessed Plate
Chamber is formed by the combination of filter plates. It is suitable for high pressure filtration.
As the size of the hole for sending fluid is large enough, there is no danger of clogging. It is suitable for filtering sludge with bad filterability, and cake can be detached.

Plate & Frame (Double Type)
Chamber is formed by the combination of a filter plate and a filter frame. Suitable for filtering sludge that contains solids of low specific gravity. Suitable for filtering sludge with good filterability.

Membrane Plate
The diaphragm of the cake filtered by the feed pump is inflated by pressurized water or air pressure and then the residual fluid is forced out to increase the effect. Highly effective for liquid with a bad filterability.

Specifications
