PPS (polyphenylene sulfide)

PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) resin is extrusion molded to be a very hard thermoplastic resin for special engineering. Usually combined with fiberglass and used as FRTP with the features below. It has a resistance comparable to that of polyamide and polytetrafluoroethylene with heat distortion temperature higher than 250℃ (ASTM load 18.6kg). Has excellent flame retardancy and acquired UL Standard 94 V-0.

Uses

+ Parts for various production lines, parts for semiconductor liquid crystal manufacturing / inspection equipments, electronic components for nuclear power plants, chemicals, etc.
